Assistant Manager Insurance Operations

As an Assistant Manager in Insurance Operations (P&C Insurance) at our company, you will be responsible for leading and managing operations for our global insurance clients. Your role will involve overseeing various aspects such as policy administration, underwriting, claims, and submissions while effectively managing a high-performing team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead P&C Insurance operations including Policy Administration, Claims, Underwriting Support, and Submissions. - Manage policy administration tasks such as bookings, binders, issuance, renewals, and cancellations. - Provide team leadership covering performance management, attrition, and grievance handling. - Ensure quality, compliance, and SLA adherence in all deliverables. - Collaborate effectively with internal teams and global stakeholders. **Qualifications Required:** - Mandatory: 5-8 years of experience in P&C Insurance within an MNC. - Strong expertise in Claims, Submissions, Underwriting Support, and Policy Administration. - Proven team handling and stakeholder management experience. - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint. - Knowledge of applications like GG, APLUS, SFDC (preferred). - Willingness to work in US shifts.
