Job Description:

• Monitor and standardize plant-level work practices.
• Ensure continuous monitoring and improvement of plant activities.

• Verify new tools and fixtures with quality standards.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions for assembly process non-conformities.
• Work on RFQs, prepare detailed budgetary costing with conceptual inputs.
• Maintain up-to-date management information data.
• Monitor TSO records.
• Provide training to new operators for new processes in coordination with department heads.
• Design and monitor plant layouts with cross-functional teams (CFT).
• Define packaging standards.
• Finalize manpower piece rates in consultation with management.
• Implement lean manufacturing concepts.
• Support preparation of Work Instructions (WI) for individual departments.
• Perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and design engineered solutions.
• Ensure production facilities comply with ergonomic standards.

Technical Knowledge: Lean techniques, AutoCAD, MS Office

Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, Good analytical ability

Educational Qualifications: Essential: B.E. (Mechanical / Industrial Engineering / Polymer)

Experience: Essential: 5 -8 years (preferably in Industrial Engineering/Development roles)
