Job Description:

• Understanding Financial Markets: Develop expertise in Pre-IPO, unlisted shares, and wealth management services.
• Client Advisory: Guide HNIs and Ultra-HNIs in making informed, strategic investment decisions aligned with their financial objectives.
• Business Development: Identify and acquire potential clients, pitch investment opportunities, and expand the client base.
• Portfolio Management: Assist in structuring, diversifying, and optimizing client portfolios with a focus on risk management and long-term wealth creation.
• Investment Research: Monitor market trends, explore new Pre-IPO opportunities, and update wealth management strategies.
• Client Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships through regular portfolio reviews, updates, and personalized investment insights.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to SEBI regulations, compliance standards, and NISM certification requirements.
• Reporting & Presentation: Prepare professional investment proposals, reports, and financial presentations tailored for clients.

Education: PG/MBA in Finance or related field, NISM Series 10A & 10B (preferred).

Experience: Proven track record in Wealth Management, Pre-IPO investments, or financial advisory.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management, and analytical skills.

Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory frameworks.
