Assistant Manager IAC Technical

As an Assistant Manager IAC Technical at Playaza Entertainments, your role will involve overseeing the installation, maintenance, and technical operations of Indoor Amusement Center equipment and infrastructure across multiple locations. Your hands-on technical expertise, leadership skills, and flexibility to travel for project execution and support will be crucial for success in this role. - **Key Responsibilities:** - Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of amusement equipment and mechanical systems. - Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of rides, games, and technical setups. - Ensure safety compliance and operational efficiency of all technical assets. - Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for timely execution of technical projects. - Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. - Travel to various locations for site assessments, installations, and troubleshooting. - Lead and train technical staff on equipment handling, safety protocols, and maintenance procedures. - Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to company standards. - Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment logs, and project updates. - Report technical issues and resolutions to senior management. - **Qualifications & Skills:** - Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering. - Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in technical operations, preferably in amusement, entertainment, or mechanical maintenance sectors. - Skills: - Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills. - Ability to read technical drawings and manuals. - Familiarity with safety standards and compliance. - Good communication and leadership abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools. As a male candidate for this role, you must be willing to travel extensively across Kerala and other project locations. Proficiency in Malayalam and English is preferred due to operational and travel requirements. This is a full-time position based in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, requiring in-person work.
