Team Leadership: Leading and managing a team of HVAC technicians, assigning tasks, and overseeing their work to ensure the effective operation and maintenance of HVAC systems.Maintenance Scheduling: Developing maintenance schedules and plans for HVAC systems, including regular inspections, cleaning, and preventive maintenance.Repair and Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC system issues, identifying and repairing faults or malfunctions in heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.Equipment Maintenance: Ensuring that all HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, heat pumps, and ductwork, is well-maintained and in good working condition.Compliance and Regulations: Ensuring that HVAC systems comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards, including refrigerant handling regulations.Energy Efficiency: Implementing energy-efficient practices to reduce energy consumption and operational costs in HVAC systems.
