Assistant Manager HR - Talent Acquisition

Join our team as an Assistant Manager HR (Talent Acquisition) and play a key role in shaping our people strategy, fostering a positive work culture, and driving organizational success. As an Assistant Manager HR (Talent Acquisition), your responsibilities will include sourcing potential candidates from various online channels, screening incoming resumes and application forms, interviewing candidates via phone, video, and in-person, preparing and distributing assignments and numerical, language, and logical reasoning tests. You will also be responsible for advertising job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards, and internally, providing shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers, sending job offer emails, and answering queries about compensation and benefits. Additionally, you will monitor key HR metrics such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire, participate in job fairs, and host in-house recruitment events. Collaboration with managers to identify future hiring needs, acting as a consultant to new hires, and assisting them in onboarding will also be part of your role. This is a full-time position with a rotational shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in HR within a hospital setting. The work location is in person.
