Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Update data of employee as per EPF format / collect their Aadhar cards

2. Monthly Wages and Salary calculation and payment.

3. Ensure that all labours have bank accounts.

4. Transfer of PF in their respective accounts and communicating with them.

5. PF withdrawal of employees

6. To assist in new recruitments scan resumes / co-ordinate with recruiting agencies.

7. Compile birthdays of all employees and celebrate

8. Performance evaluation of all staff

9. Update training record in guidance of HOD.

10. Admin work - canteen management, labour transportation & accommodation management etc

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing industry having good interpersonal skills.
