As a motivated and experienced Manager with expertise in health Insurance Sales, you will be responsible for leading a sales team, ensuring targets are met, and providing exceptional training support. Your key responsibilities will include leading and supervising a sales team to achieve targets and goals, utilizing excellent communication skills in English and Hindi to coach and mentor team members, managing and monitoring sales performance, providing feedback and guidance for improvement, handling reports related to training and excel, ensuring accurate and timely data management, ensuring team members have the necessary product knowledge and sales techniques, hiring, training, and onboarding new team members to maintain a high-performing sales force, and utilizing prior sales experience in health Insurance to drive team success. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree, strong knowledge of excel and reporting related to Training, minimum 2-3 years of experience as a successful sales caller in any sales process, at least 2 years of experience in handling and leading an insurance sales team, the ability to work as a Manager or Leader along with a team, and a stable work experience history.,
