Assistant Manager- Gold auction

You will be joining Shriram Automall India Limited (SAMIL), India's Largest Pre-owned Phygital Marketplace for Vehicles & Equipment, as an Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager- Gold Auction based in DELHI. Your primary responsibility will involve managing and organizing auction events, both online and offline. This will include tasks such as setting up auctions, engaging with customers, supervising bidding processes, and ensuring the smooth execution of all auction activities. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and organize auction events, both online and offline - Set up auctions and oversee bidding processes - Engage with customers and provide support - Ensure smooth execution of all auction activities - Resolve customer queries effectively Qualifications: - Proficiency in Auction Management, Auctions, and Online Auctions - Strong background in MIS and Gold - Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills - Ability to manage multiple auction events simultaneously - Understanding of phygital platforms - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred - Experience in the auction or automotive industry is a plus - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Please note that SAMIL is backed by Shriram Transport Finance Company Limited and CarTrade Tech Limited, with over 1,500 employees and more than 100 Automalls across India.
