As the National Assets Control Manager, your primary objective is to establish and oversee the assets management function. This includes developing valuations, creating an assets verification matrix, defining residual valuation, and automating processes related to asset management. You will be responsible for managing and controlling the physical verifications and valuations of assets funded under Lease/Equipment Finance vertical in accordance with internal policies. One of your key responsibilities will be to set up a network of vendors for executing physical verifications and valuations in a timely manner. Experience in assets management, procurement, and disposal, as well as knowledge of GST laws, will be advantageous.
