Assistant Manager, Global Transportation Operation

You would be responsible for the following in this role: - Solid understanding of freight management and routing - Proficiency in PC Skills, including all Microsoft applications with a strong knowledge of Excel, Power Point, Visualization tool, and ETL tools - Experience with SAP TM module, SAP Business Warehouse, and Infor Nexus - Demonstrated experience in working cross functionally to drive change - Strong analytical and effective verbal and written communication skills to express ideas clearly across multiple cultures and geographies - Ability to understand functional processes and navigate systems to extract necessary data - Strong organization skills to anticipate, plan, organize, and self-monitor workload efficiently Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a logistics function in a manufacturing environment - Experience in 3rd party service provider organizations preferred - High competency in leveraging leadership, team management, and master data from SAP, Business warehouse, and Data lake At Koch companies, being an entrepreneur is valued, which means challenging the status quo, finding new ways to create value, and getting rewarded for individual contributions.
