Assistant Manager - GL Risk
Job Purpose
Managing risk in gold loans by ensuring collateral quality and processes are as per defined standards in the allocated region. Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct branch visits for gold verification.

Reappraise gold purity, weight, and content of ornaments pledged at branches.

Prepare monthly reports by consolidating observations.

Plan branch coverage for upcoming months.

Conduct online audits of gold loan LANs.

Assess levels of financial risk within the organization by visiting branches.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Educational Qualifications: Minimum Graduate

Work Experience: 1-3 years of experience in gold loan assaying role, either with a competitor or internally.
