Building relationships with guests to foster repeat clientele and following up to ensure guest satisfaction are key aspects of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will be required to comply with corporate accounting procedures, assist the General Manager with annual Quality audits, and handle any additional responsibilities as assigned.
