Ensuring product quality and availability14. Preparing and presenting employee reviews15. Working closely with the store manager to lead staff16. Overseeing retail inventory17. Assisting customers whenever necessary18. Organizing employee schedule19. Ensuring that health, safety, and security rules are followed20. Ensuring a consistent standard of customer service21. Motivating employees and ensuring a focus on the mission22. Maintaining merchandise and a visual plan23. Maintaining stores to standards, including stocking and cleaning24. Completing tasks assigned by the general manager accurately and efficiently25. Supporting store manager as neededKey responsibilities include :1. Reviewing and Ensuring Accounting in Tally Prime, Zoho, Quick Books and other accounting software2. Inventory Management3. Bank Reconciliation.4. Preparing and review of MIS Report on Weekly/Monthly Basis.5. Preparation, review & Submission of Quarterly TDS Return6. Reviewing and Ensuring Filing of GSTR-1, 3B, 9, 9C and other return filings7. Finalization of P&L and Balance Sheet8. Reviewing and Ensuring Ledger Reconciliation.9. Preparation & Submission of Income Tax Returns10. Coordinate With External Stakeholders11. Should have sound knowledge and understanding of financial statements.
