Job Description

In-process quality inspection & Process performance monitoring of Ceiling FAN. In-process Quality Performance, Process Validation, Error Proofing Controls. Responsible for ensuring product quality at supplier end by PDI as per inspection plan. Product testing & validation for ensuring quality and reliability. Driving quality initiatives at vendor end like Project Delight, quality circle, improvement projects based on data analysis. New part development process monitoring & Pilot batch inspection and clearance. Continuous Monitoring of data by statical analysis & driving improvement at process stage. Vendor assessment & upgradation. Supplier development for fans (Top end shield/Bottom End shield) as per framework
