Assistant Manager - F & B

As an Assistant Manager Food & Beverage Service, you will lead the guest services team to create unforgettable hospitality experiences for our guests. Additionally, you will have the chance to develop your talent with highly skilled management and make a difference in the local community through the commitment to include local people in our hotels. - Assist in leading, mentoring, and training the F&B Service operations team - Supervise and delegate duties, ensuring brand standards are maintained - Liaise with all departments to ensure the highest standard of guest services - Train the team to improve 360-degree hospitality for guests - Be responsible for all F&B operations - Service-focused personality is essential with a passion for guest delight - Willingness to work in remote locations - Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset - Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities with the ability to lead by example - Ability to handle guest requests/complaints and resolve them in the best manner - Strong knowledge about food & beverage service - Strong communication skills,
