Assistant Manager-Extension Activity and Technical Services

As an Assistant Manager of Extension Activity and Technical Services at Hindustan Feeds in Baramati, Maharashtra, you will play a crucial role in the cattlefeed industry by attending to field complaints, evaluating product effectiveness, providing staff training, educating customers for efficient dairy business management, and collaborating with management executives to plan and execute extension programs. Additionally, you will design literature for product promotion, conduct feed trials on live animals, and build relationships with veterinary doctors for public relations. Key Responsibilities: - Attend to complaints from the field regarding feed supply - Discuss product effectiveness with Marketing Executives and report findings from the laboratory - Impart training to staff on animal health care, nutrition, and animal husbandry - Educate and assist customers in running dairy businesses efficiently - Plan and execute extension programs in collaboration with management executives - Design seasonal literature for product promotion and distribute to customers for guidance - Conduct feed trials regularly on live animals - Develop contacts with veterinary doctors for public relations - Undertake market surveys to recommend suitable products and services Qualifications Required: - B.V.Sc. / M.V.Sc. / B.Sc.
