Assistant Manager Engineering Mechanical

Key Responsibilities: - Support Operations team in maintenance activities - Take care of part drawings, part development, parts procurement, Vendor development, Inventory of Engineering Stores - Rebuild hot melt parts, equipment/parts modifications, and layout drawings - Train and support DTR (SAP) end users, and upkeep Inkjet printing machines - Administer safety rules, identify hazards, and implement policy/system changes for engineering stores - Plan and manage manpower, production, maintenance, grade changes, and trials - Procure MRO/Project parts, including parts drawings, development, vendor coordination, and follow-up for delivery - Maintain standby equipment for availability of spares, modification/refurbishment of equipment, and planned maintenance - Control inventory by updating MRO items list in SAP, setting MRP parameters, and ensuring regular issuance and order receipts - Upkeep Inkjet printers and refurbishment of the Adhesive system for optimum performance Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field - Experience in maintenance activities and vendor coordination - Proficiency in SAP and MES reports - Strong communication and organizational skills - Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently Note: The qualifications listed above are necessary for success in one of the Manufacturing roles at Kimberly-Clark.
