Assistant Manager -Engine Maintenance/ Dredging

As an Engineer - Engine Maintenance, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the operational readiness and reliability of dredgers and support crafts. You will utilize your expertise to conduct thorough maintenance and troubleshoot engine systems to maintain peak performance. Your key responsibilities will include overhauling and troubleshooting engines, calibrating critical instruments, conducting regular inspections, implementing preventive maintenance, supporting RCA and CAPA implementation, maintaining a safe work environment, overseeing workshop operations, allocating resources efficiently, and staying updated with digital and AI advancements to enhance business competitiveness. Key internal stakeholders you will collaborate with include the Superintendent - Engine Maintenance and the Superintendent - Electrical Maintenance. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Diploma in Mechanical (Essential) or B Tech (Desirable) and have 5-10 years of experience in engine maintenance.,
