Recipe preparation for new grade and approval from higher authority.
Adjusting ingredient to optimum performance.
Specimen preparation and testing

Assisting marketing team for new business development
Generation of required data for down selected grades
Effective communication for the customer requirement

Selecting the right grade for intended application
Analysis of the grade for required specification and customer tests
