Position: AM Demand Planner

Location: Pune, Wakad

Qualification: Bachelors degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field

Job description:

1. Advanced Excel skills: experience with Power BI or other analytics tools is a plus.

2. Proficiency in demand planning tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP,).

3. Track forecast accuracy and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

4. Conduct monthly demand review meetings (S&OP process), presenting forecasts, variances, and key insights.

5. Develop, maintain, and improve short- and long-term demand forecasts using statistical models and business insights.

6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across departments.

8. Aligning with logistics team for Weekly & Monthly dispatches from all the respective plants

9. Monitoring of Back orders & deriving action plan

10. Preparing dashboards for Order & Inventory management review

11. Understanding of Artworks process for OSD and injectables.

Qualification Required

1. 3+ years of experience in demand planning, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare sectors.

2. Proficient in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, advanced formulas); familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI).

3. Working knowledge of ERP and planning tools (SAP, etc.).

4. Experience in a regulated industry and understanding of pharmaceutical product lifecycles is a plus.
