 Assistant Manager - Debt Management Services - Mortgages 
 Job Purpose 
The Debt Management Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating the recovery of overdue payments on loans or credit accounts.  Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Legal recovery for urban NPLWheels (Vehicle Finance)
  • Legal management, litigation, and case management
  • Compliance and risk mitigation
  • Reporting and documentation
  • Achieve collections target by visiting customers/agencies
  • Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates
  • Ensure legal guidelines are complied with during repossession of products
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance
  • Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues
  • Daily DRR (Daily Risk Report) management
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates
  • Empanelment with DCAs / hiring DCAs
  • Case-to-case tracking
  • Resolution as per AOP within agreed timelines
  • Portfolio management
  • Debt collection strategy

  •  Required Qualifications and Experience 
  • Experience in legal recovery for urban NPLWheels (Vehicle Finance)
  • Expertise in legal management, litigation, and case management
  • Strong knowledge of compliance and risk mitigation practices
  • Experience in reporting and documentation
  • Track record of achieving collections targets by visiting customers/agencies
  • Ability to monitor performance and provide regular updates
  • Knowledge of legal guidelines for repossession of products
