 Assistant Manager - Debt Management Services - Consumer 
 Job Purpose 
The Debt Management Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating the recovery of overdue payments on loans or credit accounts.  Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Achieve collections targets by visiting customers/agencies.
  • Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.
  • Ensure legal guidelines are complied with while repossessing products.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.
  • Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.
  • Daily DRR (Daily Risk Report) management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.
  • Case-to-case tracking.
  • Resolution as per AOP within agreed timelines.
  • Portfolio management.
  • Debt collection strategy.
  • Target achievement.
  • Regulatory compliance.
  • Reporting and analysis.

  •  Required Qualifications and Experience 
  • Proven track record of achieving collections targets by visiting customers/agencies.

  • Ability to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Experience in preparing regular reports on collection activities and performance.
  • Strong skills in handling escalations and resolving issues promptly.
  • Experience with Daily DRR (Daily Risk Report) management.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.
  • Experience in case-to-case tracking and resolution within agreed timelines.
  • Portfolio management skills.
