Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Scientist who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to take on challenging, high-impact projects in a fast-growing, collaborative team working at the cutting edge of analytics in the Financial Services domain.

Responsibilities:

Partner with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into actionable insights.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data availability, quality, and accessibility.
Present findings and insights to senior stakeholders in a clear, business-friendly manner.
Mentor and guide junior analysts, helping cultivate a strong data-driven culture within the team.

Skills:

Minimum Experience/Qualification:
- Python development
- Hands-on experience with LLMs
- Experience with chunking and embedding techniques
- Experience with RAG
- Experience with GIT for version control
- Familiarity with cloud platforms
- Vector database experience
- Experience with prompt engineering for improving LLM performance and reliability
Good to have:
- AWS experience
- Experience with Named Entity Recognition (NER)
- Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol)
- Experience in building and deploying AI Agents
- Experience with LagChain/LlamaIndex or any other agent orchestration framework

- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch
