Job Summary:

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our healthcare team to transform raw business data into meaningful insights that drive operational and strategic decisions. The role involves data extraction, cleaning, analysis, reporting, and presentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically skilled, and passionate about improving processes through data-driven solutions and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extract, clean, and organize large datasets from multiple healthcare systems and business applications.
  • Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and deliver reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for stakeholders using tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Collaborate with business and operations teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Support process improvements through data analysis and help identify opportunities for automation.
  • Prepare presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to management and cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all reports and analytics outputs.
  • Contribute to building data models and frameworks for standardized reporting.
  • Participate in ad hoc analysis as required by business leaders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Healthcare Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or advanced Excel.
  • Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and automation is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of healthcare business processes and key metrics is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently when required.
