Assistant Manager CSR - Pharma Co - Thane

The candidate will be based at the corporate office of the Pharma Company in Mumbai, handling CSR activity.

Candidate will be responsible for preparing CSR & project budget Annual Action Plan and Maintaining CSR reports required for Audits and Statutory Reporting and Impact assessment.

Candidate should have good Knowledge of strategize and create various CSR products and discuss various Ideas for properly utilize funds.

Candidate will be responsible for Creating pitch presentations, case studies for showcasing interventions to be done to Directors and Chairman.

Candidate will be responsible for performing the CSR activity in coordination with local support and other stakeholders and managing Social Media and official Websites related to CSR Activities and creating Branding opportunities through CSR activities.

Candidate will be responsible for Liaise with Press, Media, Bureaucrats, Celebrity for better reach and NGO Screening, Onboarding, Project Execution, Monitoring, NGO Audit and capacity building and Managing CSR team (Executive) volunteers, coordinators, work allocation, monitoring, training and assessment.

Required candidate Profile:-

Candidate should be MSW (Master of Social Work) with having minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in CSR activities, NGO Audit, building and Managing CSR team (Executive) volunteers etc.

Should have experience in Proficiency in strategize and create various CSR products and discuss various Ideas for properly utilize funds.

Should have proven experience of CSR.
