Job Description

Join our team to make a meaningful impact through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. In this role, you will manage the complete CSR project lifecyclefrom planning and budgeting to implementation, monitoring, and impact assessmentwhile ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in India. You will support the organizations CSR strategy by driving projects, preparing MIS reports, creating presentations, and tracking beneficiaries. The position also involves stakeholder engagement, promoting employee volunteering programs, and coordinating financial disbursements and reporting.

Responsibilities for External Candidates

  • Assist in implementing the organizations Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy and manage CSR projects end-to-end.
  • Oversee the complete CSR cycle, including planning, budgeting, execution, monitoring, and impact assessment.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and timely reporting in India.
  • Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports, presentations, graphs, and analytical reports.
  • Track project beneficiaries and maintain accurate records for internal and board-level reporting.
  • Coordinate with project partners for review meetings and validate reports for financial disbursements.
  • Work with Finance to monitor CSR expenditures and manage operational and financial closure of projects.
  • Promote and manage employee giving and volunteering programs to enhance engagement.
  • Provide content and coordination support for drafting CSR reports and other communication materials.

Qualifications for External Candidates

Education

  • Master’s degree in Social Work

    (preferred).
  • Background in

    Finance, Accounting, Audit

    , and

    Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E)

    (preferred).

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite with

    expert-level Excel skills

    .
  • Ability to create impactful and visually appealing

    PowerPoint presentations

    .
  • Strong logical and analytical abilities.
  • Basic understanding of

    financial reporting

    .
