Job Description

EXPERIENCE: 10+ years of experience in large scale projects like Office Spaces, 5 Star hotels, shopping malls, high rise complexes, state of art commercial buildings etc. KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: To assist the project manager in the civil works at site. Supervise civil and structural works as per consultant drawings. To ensure receipt of right quality and quantity of material and testing of the same. Regular reporting of material status and progress of work at site. Keeping track of bills and ensures timely payments to contractors. Introducing the safety as Site and Motivating all for safety at Work Complete responsibility of smooth working project, coordination with the contractor for timely execution with quality & safety KEY SKILLS: Experience in Execution of Institutional buildings and International Quality Infrastructure. Knowledge of civil works, supervision of contractors work, measurements, billing & liaison with statutory bodies. Knowledge of MS Projects, Computerized Project Planning Techniques and modern construction practices.
