Job Description

Assistant Manager - BFS Direct
Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Limited. Duties and Responsibilities

Enable enhanced business profitability through effective management of the delinquent portfolio.

Achieve the desired collection efficiencies across managed products.

Ensure adequate collection intensity of follow-up for all delinquent accounts.

Meet targets on cost of collections and ensure PI targets are met on a monthly basis.

Continuously review the location portfolio and report early or potential stress accounts.

Ensure all collections activities are properly documented in the form of collection trails.

Adhere to all collections processes and risk governance mandates at each location.

Liaise with legal and law enforcement agencies for speedy recovery.

Provide feedback on the effectiveness of collections strategies formulated and implemented.

Ensure optimal use of resources, including number of visits, contacts, PTP conversion ratio, and that the settlement process is in line with approvals received. Ensure no delay in cash TAT and MIS.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Graduate in any specialisation.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Experience6 months to 3 years.
