Key Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the architectural design process from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client requirements, regulatory standards, and project timelines 2. Incorporate green building design principles and sustainability criteria into architectural plans. 3. Manage architectural drawings and specifications throughout the project lifecycle, coordinating with structural and service consultants to ensure cohesive design integration 4. Serve as the primary liaison with clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring their vision is accurately represented in the project 5. Coordinate project timelines, facilitate site operations, and collaborate with management to ensure project objectives are met efficiently 6. Work closely with internal departments to provide necessary drawings and support, following directives from senior management
