As an Assistant Manager in IP/DRG Medical Coding with 8+ years of experience, your role will involve: - Leading high performing teams in the specialization of Inpatient (IP) & DRG Based Coding. - Ensuring coding accuracy and compliance with ICD-10-CM/PCS guidelines. - Expertise in Inpatient coding/DRG Assignment (MS-DRG, APR-DRG). - Demonstrating strong team leadership and performance management skills.
