Assistant Manager - Analytics & Reporting

Objective

The Senior Analyst is accountable for overseeing Reporting & Analytics across various segments, including Marketing Data, Customer data, Finance Data, communication campaigns data, and other key business metrics. This role involves providing robust analytics support for both ad-hoc requests and regular activities such as generating reports and dashboards. The Senior Analyst will play a pivotal role in leading reporting initiatives, contributing both as an individual expert and as a collaborative team member.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reporting frameworks for different business segments.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all reporting deliverables.
• Analyze data trends and patterns to provide actionable insights for business decision-making.

• Manage data sources and ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Implement data governance best practices to maintain high-quality data standards.
• Collaborate with IT teams for data integration and system enhancements.

• Respond to ad-hoc data requests promptly and effectively.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis to address complex business questions.
• Translate data findings into meaningful recommendations for stakeholders.

• Lead reporting projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Mentor junior analysts and collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project execution.
• Drive innovation in reporting methodologies and tools to enhance analytical capabilities.

Need to Have Areas

1,Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Analytics, handling large volume of data, deep dive analysis, Oracle SQL, Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, R

2.Experience with dynamic dashboard creation
