Your primary responsibilities will include performing end-to-end accounting tasks using Tally software, such as finalizing monthly Profit & Loss statements and balance sheets. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing TDS & GST returns filing, ensuring compliance, and overseeing inventory reconciliation, stock movement, and costing. Operating the POS system, setting selling prices, and maintaining accurate sales tracking will also be part of your duties. Collaborating with the Stores Assistant to optimize stock levels is essential for this role. The ideal candidate for this position should have 3-4 years of experience in managing accounts within a small to medium-sized business. Proficiency in Tally, taxation (TDS, GST), and financial reporting is crucial. Hands-on experience in inventory management and POS operations is highly desirable. The ability to work independently and maintain financial accuracy are key attributes we are looking for. The compensation for this role ranges from 4-6 LPA based on your experience and skill set.
