Assistant Manager-Accounts Payables

As a member of our Finance Support Functions team at HM CLAUSE, your main goal will be to contribute to the financial success of the company by ensuring compliance with company guidelines through system implementation. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining systems, procedures, and policies to support accurate and timely accounting of vendor invoices and expense vouchers. Your role will involve managing the monthly closing of financial records, posting month-end information, and ensuring the accuracy of financial statements. In addition, you will act as a liaison between the company, vendors, and external accountants to meet information needs and maintain proper historical records. You will review and reconcile supplier statements, resolving discrepancies in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for preparing audit schedules for internal, statutory, and tax audits, as well as for the preparation and filing of TDS and GST returns. To be successful in this role, we expect you to have experience working with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle JDE, excellent Excel skills, and knowledge of MS Office. You should be able to handle confidential matters, communicate effectively in English and Hindi, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks. This position requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
