Assistant Manager- Accounts Payable

1. Responsible for calculation and booking of custom duty on remnant ATF in SAP.

2. Regular monitoring of custom advances & ensure balance should not fall below threshold limit.

3. Deposition of TDS & TCS payment on monthly basis.

4. Filling of all TDS & TCS returns on quarterly basis.

5. Ensure TDS has been deducted on all transactions and preparation of non-deduction of TDS working on monthly basis.

6. Preparation of Clause 34 (TDS) working of Tax audit report

7. Ensure statutory compliances related to customs and TDS.

8. Ensure on time and accurate month end closing activities.

9. Ensure timely response to all notices and provide data as required by custom department.

10. Ensure complete and accurate filling of BOE at each station wherever required.

11. Ensure adequacy and accuracy of provisions created at the month end.

12. Ensure all Internal Financial Controls are adhered to on timely basis.

13. Have working knowledge of SAP S4 HANA.

14. Responsible for strengthening and automating the processes under responsibility area.

15. Ensure timely preparation of audit schedules & closure of all audit related issues and queries.

16. Ensure timely closure of financial books every month and variance analysis of cost under purview

17. Should be able to work in a team and work closely with airport/business team to resolve the queries.
