Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Day to Day Accounting transaction
  • Petty cash Management
  • Check petty cash voucher of all branches and approve entries in the system
  • Prepare daily expenses vouchers and make payment of various bill
  • Solving quarries about bank reconciliation statement
  • Vendor reconciliation as per requirement
  • Preparation of Activity report
  • Follow up GST Input credit with vendor
  • Billing status upgradation like agreement bill
  • Coordination with the team member
  • P&L Preparation of the branches l In depth knowledge of GST filing
  • Checking the vendors bill as per agreement
  • Raising customer invoice as per agreement
  • Interaction with CFO on essentials matters

Preferred candidate profile

Education

Working Days : Monday to Friday

(First and Last Saturday WFH)

Office Time: 9.30AM to 5.30PM

From Logistics Background Preferable
