Assistant Manager Accounts

As a Financial Accountant, your primary responsibilities will include preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. You will also be responsible for ensuring timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns. Additionally, you will assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis while coordinating with auditors for internal and statutory audits. It will be your duty to maintain accurate financial records and documentation and support automation and process improvements in accounting functions. To excel in this role, you must hold a B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA in Finance and possess at least 5-8 years of experience in accounting roles. Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel is essential. A strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax laws is crucial, along with good communication and team management skills.
