Assistant Maintenance Manager (Tool Room)

As an Assistant Manager - Maintenance (Technical) at Veins Corporate Services Pvt Ltd, you will be a key player in ensuring the smooth operation of machinery at our cutting-edge manufacturing unit in Shivamogga District, Karnataka. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Mold Maintenance:** Supervise maintenance, repair, and optimization of aluminum, mild steel, and stainless steel molds. - **Hydraulic Press Tools:** Maintain proper functioning of hydraulic press tools, troubleshoot, and perform repairs. - **Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance:** Manage tasks to minimize downtime and ensure efficient machinery operation. - **Mold Design:** Utilize CAD-CAM or SolidWorks software to design, modify, and enhance molds. - **Team Management:** Support in leading and mentoring the maintenance team, ensuring safety compliance and workflow. - **Preventative Maintenance:** Develop and execute programs to enhance machine uptime and productivity. - **Compliance:** Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations. - **Reporting:** Generate and maintain detailed reports on maintenance tasks, machine performance, and mold conditions. **Qualifications:** - **Education:** Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. - **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years in maintenance, focusing on aluminum, mild steel, and stainless steel molds, and hydraulic press tools.
