Proficiency in both electrical and mechanical aspects of machinery maintenance, along with a background in designing molds using CAD-CAM or SolidWorks software, is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Mold Maintenance: Supervise the maintenance, repair, and optimization of aluminum, mild steel, and stainless steel molds used in production. - Hydraulic Press Tools: Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of hydraulic press tools, including troubleshooting and repair. - Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance: Manage electrical and mechanical maintenance of machinery to minimize downtime and ensure efficient operation. - Mold Design: Utilize CAD-CAM or SolidWorks software to design, modify, and enhance molds to meet production requirements. - Team Management: Assist in leading and mentoring the maintenance team, ensuring compliance with safety standards and promoting an efficient workflow. - Preventative Maintenance: Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to enhance machine efficiency and reduce downtime. - Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations. - Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed reports on maintenance activities, machine performance, and mold condition.
