Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Travel to various locations to attend property shows and exhibitions
Actively engage with visitors to collect inquiries and generate leads.
Diligently follow up on leads generated from property shows and other sources
Ensure timely communication and engagement with potential customers.
Take full responsibility for meeting sales targets and objectives
Implement effective strategies to convert leads into sales.
Utilize the CRM portal efficiently to manage leads and track interactions
Gather relevant information and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Adjust communication timings based on the time zones of targeted countries
Ensure effective communication with prospects at suitable times.
Leverage CRM portal for conducting cold calls to prospects abroad
Utilize available information to tailor pitches and enhance effectiveness.

Preferred candidate profile

Having VISA added advantage
Relevant industry knowledge with international sales experience.
Male candidates preferred
