Assistant in English

As an English Teacher, your role will involve teaching English literature and language to classes 6 std to 10 sdt following the prescribed curriculum. Your responsibilities will include preparing engaging lesson plans, delivering classroom instruction, conducting assessments, evaluating student performance, and providing feedback to enhance critical thinking, reading, and writing skills among students. You will also be expected to participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher interactions, and school events to contribute to the overall academic environment. Maintaining discipline and ensuring a safe and respectful learning environment will be essential. Key Responsibilities: - Teach English literature and language to classes 6 std to 10 sdt as per the prescribed curriculum. - Prepare lesson plans and deliver engaging classroom instruction. - Conduct regular assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide feedback. - Encourage critical thinking, reading, and writing skills among students. - Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher interactions, and school events. - Maintain discipline and ensure a safe, respectful learning environment. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in English (B.A. English) - B.Ed.
