Experience: 5- 8 years

Salary: 30,000 - 40,000/- (Based on Experience)

Job Description:

• Oversee daily operations in the garment production process.
• Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained at all stages of production.
• Coordinate with different departments to optimize workflow and reduce costs.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive process improvements.
• Implement and manage health and safety standards.
• Resolve production issues and make sure the production targets are met.
• Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective production.
• Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business management, operations management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the garment or textile industry.
• Strong understanding of production processes and quality control.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize costs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
