Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Design and develop new bus body products, including concept design, detailed design, and manufacturing drawings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches on time and within budget.
Conduct feasibility studies for new projects, analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
Develop prototypes using various materials such as steel, aluminum, or composite materials.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements from ARAI (Automotive Research Association of India) and other relevant authorities.

Desired Candidate Profile

15-24 years of experience in R&D (Bus Body) with expertise in NPD (New Product Development).
Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Any Specialization; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
Proficiency in AutoCAD software for designing bus bodies.
