Job Description

Role & responsibilities

AGM Planning

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage
project master schedules
using Primavera/MS Project.
Coordinate with architecture, engineering, procurement, and execution teams to integrate all aspects of project planning.
Define project milestones and monitor progress against timelines.
Ensure
resource planning
and
cost control
for all active and upcoming projects.
Track project deviations, delays, and provide timely mitigation strategies.
Support management with periodic
MIS reports
, dashboards, and project health analysis.
Conduct risk analysis and propose corrective action plans.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors to align on project timelines and deliverables.
Ensure
compliance with regulatory requirements
and approvals related to project execution timelines.
Contribute to feasibility studies and budgeting in pre-construction phases.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or equivalent (Master’s degree preferred).
Strong knowledge of
MS Project
, and other planning tools.
Excellent understanding of construction processes, RERA timelines, and real estate project lifecycles.
Experience in managing
multiple projects simultaneously
.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
Good communication and leadership abilities.
