Job Purpose

The Dainik Bhaskar Group seeks an experienced and skilled project manager to lead the onsite design and execution of a green-field corporate building project in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will bring innovative engineering solutions, strong technical knowledge, and a proven history of successfully delivering similar large-scale projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Co-ordination of project/execution of Civil, Architecture, Interiors, Exteriors & MEP works.
• Creating design brief and selection of appropriate consultants, vendors, etc.
• Execution planning, budget allocation and management.
• Civil, Architectural, Interior & MEP co-ordination with consultants and on field engineers of vendors.
• Tendering & procurement, Vendor Management.
• Preparing project details, project schedules, updating the schedule as it evolves.
• Planning, implementation, QC, and status reporting of the project.
• Prepare interim and final reports.
• Team building and development along with process mapping and implementation
