AGM – Finance & Accounts

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day finance and accounting operations
  • Ensure timely preparation of financial statements and MIS reports
  • Oversee statutory compliances – GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.
  • Handle audits (statutory/internal) and liaise with auditors and consultants
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives
  • Coordinate banking operations and working capital management
  • Ensure timely closure of books and accurate reporting
  • Implement process improvements and financial controls

Desired Skills

  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle)
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Manufacturing industry experience is an added advantage
