Our client, a global logistics company with reach all over the globe, is looking for an AGM Operations (Logistics) to join their team. This role provides operational advice and support as needed, with the overall responsibility for controlling:Operational activitiesFinancial activitiesAccounting activitiesAdministrative activities of the customerReporting Relationships and Key Interactions:Responsible for HUL customerReports to the Country Manager - IndiaInternal Interactions:Key Accounts Manager: Financial advice and strategy, operational problemsRegional BD Managers and Site Managers: Financial performance, advice, and proposalsNational Manager IT: Systems supportExternal Interactions:Customer: Proposals and commercial problemsContractors: Labour, security, housekeeping Job Requirements:Graduate/Post Graduate qualification in an appropriate Business disciplineMinimum 15 years of experience in Operations & Key Account ManagementAccounting or related degreeMembership of a professional bodySignificant experience in commerceClear understanding of accounting standards and regulationsFamiliarity with spreadsheet/accounting softwareTransport experience (useful but not essential)Strong communication skillsAbility to work well in a teamGood strategic perspective
