Assistant Frontend Developer

As an Assistant Frontend Developer at our company, you will play a crucial role in developing high-quality, user-friendly web applications. Your responsibilities will include: - Holding a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. - Possessing 2-4 years of proven experience in front-end development. - Developing responsive and accessible user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap. - Demonstrating strong proficiency in Angular 12+, including components, directives, services, and RxJS. - Integrating and consuming RESTful APIs effectively. - Optimizing web applications for performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility. - Using Git/GitHub/GitLab for efficient version control and code collaboration. - Applying principles of user-centric design and accessibility to create intuitive user experiences. - Troubleshooting and debugging frontend issues with a proactive and problem-solving mindset. - Maintaining strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Preferred Skills: - Experience working on a product-based environment as opposed to service-based applications. - Familiarity with HR-tech platforms or prior work in the HR domain. - Knowledge of state management libraries such as NgRx. - Basic understanding of unit testing frameworks like Jasmine and Karma. - Exposure to project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana. - Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with front-end and back-end developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers.
