Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Front Office / OPD Billing professional to join our team at Fortis Healthcare Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front office operations and billing, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front office operations, including receptionist duties and patient check-in.
Handle OPD billing and ensure accurate and timely payment from patients.
Coordinate with other departments to resolve billing issues or discrepancies.
Maintain high customer service standards and respond to patient inquiries.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to billing and front office operations.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide excellent patient care and services.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in front office operations and billing, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Strong knowledge of front office software and systems, including EPIC Systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
