Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Front Office / OPD Billing professional to join our team at Fortis Healthcare Ltd. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front office operations, including receptionist duties and patient check-in.
Coordinate with the billing team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing of patients.
Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital.
Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and efficient operations.

Job Requirements

Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
Proven experience in front office operations, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Familiarity with medical terminology and billing procedures is an asset.
